PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Requesting a wish to receive an information bulletin; 3. Provision of information to customers, including inquiries submitted by them.

The data is provided only if this is foreseen and/or required by the regulations and/or in connection with the performance of the contract between you and “JAY K FITNESS” EOOD. Recipients can be: • You yourself or persons expressly authorized by you; • Employees of “JAY K FITNESS” EOOD, insofar as their direct duties include processing personal data of customers; • Processing personal data by assignment and on behalf of “JAY K FITNESS” EOOD, related to the performance of: courier services; • Public bodies (control bodies of state and local authorities and management in cases provided for by law). • Supervisory body for protection of personal data (For Bulgaria – CPLD).

PERIOD FOR WHICH YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL BE STORED

We will store your personal data for the longer period of time between: • until deleted by the data subject (for your profile data); • statutory terms – 5 years (Tax and Insurance Procedural Code); • completion of any proceedings before a supervisory body/court; • until the need to use the information ceases.

You have the right to request from us access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or restriction of its processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. In the event that the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, and this does not affect the legality of the processing until the withdrawal of consent.

“JK FITNESS” EOOD does not transfer your data to a third country or to an international organization.

The provision of personal data is mandatory for the performance of the services offered by “JAY K FITNESS” EOOD. AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING “JK FITNESS” EOOD does not use automated decision-making in the processing of your personal data. UPDATE MESSAGE In the event of a significant change in the way we process personal data and/or in any other aspect of this Notice, JAY K FITNESS EOOD will notify you of the relevant change immediately by providing you with the updated Notice.
