Founder of the first professional gym in Bulgaria, in the sports complex of the Government Hospital in Sofia, then led by Svetla Lubekova – 1982 – 1990.
In 1991 opens its first private MLO hall at 183 Knyaz Boris I Street.
In 1995, he built the largest gym of its time (600 m2), the one at the Academic Stadium, still functioning today.
In the following years, he opened other gyms (Zimen Dvorets, JK Panata Gym, JK Hard Body Gym, JK Pro Gym, etc.), the most modern of which is JK GYM Nautilus – Sofia, Bulgaria Blvd., Bokar 33.
JK GYM Nautilus, used primarily for conditioning training of elite athletes, such as Matei Kaziyski and Elitsa Vasileva (volleyball), Albert Popov (skiing), etc., as well as JK Pro Gym, used for conditioning training of national combat sports competitors, such as Yvette Goranova (karate), Stanimira Petrova (boxing), etc., are also educational and training bases of the College of Sports “Bio Fit https://biofitcollege.com/“.
